が基本。
serve food = 食べ物を提供する。（server + 目的語 で server を他動詞として使用）
serve food = food ( Ham Sandwitch) に仕える。 (server + 目的語で、他動詞の別の意味で使用）
をかけている。
他にもいくつもバリエーションがある。
例えば下のような物
A ham sandwich walks into a bar and begins to order. the bartender interrupts him with, "we don't serve ham sandwiches here." the sandwich says, "that's OK, i just wanted a beer."
「ham sandwitch」では無く、「～が walks into a bar」形式のバリエーションもたくさんある。
